SDBY-P-Quantitative-packer

Widely used for flow control and rated packaging in many industries like feed, grain, port storage, cement, chemical industry, building materials and so on.

With the special meter for packing and weighing as the core and the logic combination of programmable logic controller, precise weight sensor outputs weight detecting signal to complete the bag clamping, fast/slow feeding, etc., to realize the weight packaging of different specifications.

Suitable feeding mechanism ensures the rapid flow of materials. All parameters are input by the panel. Automatic control of fast and slow feeding, bag clamping and bag loosening.

Gross weight and net weight displayed at the same time by the intelligent weighing meter.

  • The high-pressure nozzle is installed on the door cover, and the liquid from the nozzle is in full contact with the feed surface to ensure the uniform rate of feed spraying, and the water-resistant, absorption rate of the feed.

SYTVc series Weighing Type Oil Adding Equipment

  • It is used for weighing the oil in batches and conveying a certain amount of oil to the mixer with an accuracy ≤ 0.3%.
  • Each inlet of the adding system is equipped with a solenoid valve to control the opening and closing of the oil circuit. Multi-way oil enters the upper tank through the inlet for weighing. After weighing, the pneumatic ball valve at the bottom will be opened, the oil enters the lower tank, and it will be conveyed by the gear pump to the mixer for material spraying.
  • It is synchronized with the batching system, and the oil data is entered into the report system, which can be connected with ERP.

  • It is used for batch mixer to add oil or other liquid.
  • The system can add oil automatically by using high precision flowmeter, the user only needs to enter the adding amount and the symbol, precision ≤ 1%.
