SCY Drum Pellet Screener/SCY Cylinder Cleaning Sieve Series

It is mainly used in receiving, cleaning and pre-cleaning raw materials such as rice, feed, food etc

The sieve plate comes in different specifications for cleaning and pre-cleaning of wheat, corn, rice, oil and other materials. Change the output by changing the diameter of sieve hole, normally calculated  by hole opening rate, it means the area of the holes per every unit of sieve plate.

SQLZ/SQLT Series Powder Screener

  • Mainly used in compound feed mills and powder cleaning factories
  • Effectively seperates straw, stone, paper and other sundries allowing material to pass through other equipmentsmoothly.
  • The sieve can also be used for sieving, crushing or removing agglomerated materials after mixing, to ensure the quality of the compound feed.
  • Working Principle
  • Fed into the sieve drum by the screw feeder, the powder is hit by the rotating beat plate and the lumpy impurities inside are broken into pieces. Pushed by the beat plate, the powder moves around the drum and during that process, the smaller powders pass through the sieve hole and get discharged from the bottom. The bigger impurities move toward the inlet and get discharged.

  • Working Principle
  • TCXT series magnetic drum is mainly composed of external drum and triple knives on both sides. The drum is connected to the conveying pipes by the upper and lower flanges. Installed in centre of the drum, the magnets are on the door of the drum backed by the bearing on the base. The stainless steel cone and cover separate the magnets. The materials will pass through the gap between the drum and the cone. As gap is full of magnetism, the irons in the materials will be magnetized, drop gradually and absorbed on the surface of the cone.
  • Magnetic cleaning: Open the door of the drum, rotate the magnets outside the drum, and clean the impurities with hands.

There are 2 types of the barrel plates, one is closed type plate, the other is L shape plate.

This barrel is the closed type plate, which is directly moulded seams, the barrel plates will be bolted on-site,  better performance in sealing, but it needs more space during transportation compared with the L plate barrels.

TFPX series rotary distributor is a long- distance control mechanism for the supply of materials from one point to various points and can be used for receiving of raw materials into the warehouse or routing of products into batching bins. TGSU Series U Drag Conveyor

 

It is continuous self-cleaning conveying equipment, mainly used in conveying powder material and pellet material.

Bottom is U type closed trough. Scraper is made of wear-resisting plastic.

The feeding port can be installed as required for direct feeding and side feeding.

The riding wheel effectively reduces resistance of the scraper chain reducing noise and saving electricity.

  • TGSS series drag/chain conveyor, is a different type conveyor, different from screw conveyor, it is conveying materials by scrapers, TGSS series is for pellet materials, such as maize, feed pellets. The difference between TGSU and TGSS is TGSU is more suitable for powder materials, because it leaves less residue


       

DDQ Series Air-Cushion Conveyor

 

Widely used in horizontal or inclined conveying of materials

  • Utilises a thin film instead of a roller which improves the operating conditions of the belt and reduces friction resistance
